As a small, highly focused company, New Wave Instruments prides itself on providing top-notch and timely support for its products. Additionally, much of our efforts are aimed at preemptive support. What this means is that we strive to avoid the need for support by taking measures up-front in providing high product reliability, comprehensive operation manuals, and easy-to-use products with intuitive user interfaces.

Standard Product Warranty

New Wave Instruments warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year after date of delivery to the customer. After one year, standard rates for parts and labor will apply. Repair charges shall not exceed 15% of the original purchase price.

Product Service

Our product failure rate is very low. But should your unit ever need servicing, we are just a phone call or e-mail away. We will have your unit serviced and returned to you within a week in most cases. And our service charge is guaranteed never to exceed 15% the price you paid for the product. (As of today's date, August 2001, the highest we have ever charged amounted to less than 6%.)

Warranty Service

Of course, if your unit is under warranty, there will be absolutely no charge for service, as per the warranty agreement. Just ship the unit to us, and we will repair it in a timely manner, and ship it back to you free of any shipping charges. (Free shipping applies only to units returned to us from within the continental United States.)
